Why a farmers market?

Operations and Facilities Maintenance Department, Human Resources, and the Office of Sustainability have partnered to bring a weekly farmers market to the School of Medicine campus. The WUSM farmers market is a sustainable practice that supports our local economy as well as our community’s health and wellbeing. Local vendors providing local goods to our community creates a circle of mutual benefit while protecting the environment.
