Introducing WashU Spring Blooms

Spring blooms are upon us here at WashU! After a relatively colder winter this year, our trees and flowers are beginning to push out new floral and leaf growth. For anyone interested in tracking what’s in bloom, the WashU Arboretum has got you covered. Biweekly bloom updates will be posted to the WashU Arboretum website under the News and Events tab, starting this week. The Office of Sustainability Instagram will also post regular updates about blooms in the Arboretum, providing snapshots between each biweekly Arboretum installment.

The WashU Arboretum, which is located across the Danforth Campus, is home to a collection of over 400 species of trees and over 6,600 trees. The Arboretum is an ideal place to enjoy a broad variety of spring blooms and learn about interesting species and cultivars.

If you have any questions regarding spring blooms on campus or are curious how to become involved with the WashU Arboretum, please email trees@wustl.edu.
