Tori Harwell

Tori is a senior from Denver pursuing majors in African and African American Studies and Environmental Analysis. They are involved in interdisciplinary work through research and advocacy as a Mellon Mays Fellow and Udall Scholar. She worked with local communities in Missouri, Colorado, Ghana, and Cape Town to research and build out support for climate & community resiliency. Tori is interested in empowering BIPOC communities to implement their own climate change mitigation tactics and create more equitable green energy governance programs nationally and internationally. In their free time, Tori attended book clubs and jazz jam sessions.
