Bechtel is an Associate Professor of Political Science at WashU and a Research Fellow at the Swiss Institute for International Economics and Applied Economic Research.  He teaches Introduction to International Politics, Globalization and Democracy, Managing Environmental and Economic Resources, among other classes.
