Kate Dickman
Environmental Studies Impact Intern
Kate is a junior majoring in Urban Studies and Environmental Analysis with a minor in Urban Design. Her main interests lie in the study of cities and how they can be designed to better support both people and the environment. She is excited to learn more about renewable energy, affordable housing, and sustainability. On campus, she is the editor-in-chief of the WashU Policy Institute, a staff writer for the WashU Political Review, and the Treasurer for Club Softball. She spent her summer interning for the St. Louis Planning and Urban Design Agency, and enjoyed getting to learn more about cities and planning in general. In her free time, she enjoys long walks in Forest Park, going to farmer’s markets, and watching Criminal Minds.
