Julia Feller is a rising senior from New York City studying Political Science, Interdisciplinary Environmental Analysis, and American Culture Studies. She has spent the past year working for the Nature Conservancy in Missouri’s Cities Program as a GIS intern, where she built and promoted an interactive St. Louis EcoUrban Assessment tool to identify environmental risks in the region and lift up the work of anchor institutions working to address these concerns. She is excited to join the Office of Sustainability to bridge her work with environmental justice organizers in the St. Louis region and the influence of WashU’s sustainability programs.
