WashU is currently certified as a Bicycle Friendly University at the Bronze Level by the League of American Bicyclists. This designation recognizes colleges and universities for achievement in the 5 E’s of biking: Engineering, Education, Encouragement, Enforcement, and Evaluation & Planning. There are 4 levels of certifications: bronze, silver, gold and platinum.
Over the summer of 2017, the Office of Sustainability led various university stakeholders through another application process to achieve a higher designation by the end of the year.
The final step for our application is to circulate this survey, which allows community members to give anonymous feedback on the bike-ability of our university. This is an important component of our submission, and we hope you will help us achieve our goal! You can find the survey here.
