Join the Office of Sustainability, Parking and Transportation Services and friends for a month of exciting events centered around Active Transportation! Active Transportation – biking, walking, and using public transit- is beneficial not only to the environment but to personal health and wellness, and is becoming increasingly significant with the changes in parking as the University executes the east end redevelopment project. Our programming during the month of April will aim to both educate and excite the WashU community about Active Transportation with a series of fun events and tabling!
Free bicycle tune-ups will be offered by Big Shark Bicycles in the Edison courtyard outside of the DUC from 11am to 2pm on the two following dates:
- Tuesday, April 3rd
- Wednesday, April 11th
We will be ready to talk about tips for ensuring you have a safe and comfortable active commute!
