The WashU School of Medicine Employee Picnic is coming up on Friday, September 20th, 2019 and volunteers are needed to help with the waste sorting efforts to make this a zero-waste event!
Every year, the WashU School of Medicine honors its employees by hosting an epic picnic. Serving 9,000+ people in a 3 hour period is no joke, but this event takes it a step further by including an award-winning waste diversion effort, thanks to the dedicated support of volunteers! Your help is greatly appreciated and is critical to making this a zero waste event for the 7th year in a row!
Volunteering time slots are:
10:30am – 12pm
11:45am – 1:15pm
1pm – 2:15pm
