Sophia Dossin

A sophomore studying Economics & Strategy and Environmental Policy, Sophia is driven by deep desire to help prevent damage to the natural wonders of Oregon, her beautiful home, from harmful pollution and its consequences. Sophia grew up hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, and/or rafting at least once a week, and for every ton of CO2 she can prevent from entering the atmosphere, a little piece of her heart and home will be preserved. Environmentally, she is especially interested in renewable energy, the economics of sustainability, and resource efficiency. On campus, Sophia is involved in Net Impact, Phi Gamma Nu, Olin Peer Ambassadors, the swing dance team, and CIT. For fun, she loves dancing, drinking coffee, playing violin, hiking/running, yoga, drinking coffee, cooking and being with friends and family.
