Mingliang Li

Ming is a first-year doctoral student majoring in Sustainable Urbanism in Sam Fox School.  He is an international student who from China. He enjoys playing saxophone and driving different vehicles. He has rich experience in sustainable field. He is a LEED AP since 2016. Before he joined the Sustainable Building team, he used to study Architectural Engineering Design which focusing on the building efficiency and sustainable design at Sheffield University in UK. After he graduating from UK, he worked as a mechanical engineer in building simulation at ARUP. He joined Washington University in 2017 and finished master of Urban Design in 2018. He interests in large-scale sustainable design including environmental, economic and social aspects.
