Michael Wysession is involved heavily in K-12 geoscience literacy and education. He conducts outreach (lectures, video courses) that involves sustainability topics, particularly to K-12 science teachers. Additionally, he has coauthored >30 K-12 science textbooks, many of which address topics of sustainability. At Washington University, he teaches Earth and the Environment, and Energy and the Environment.
