Carmen Vescia

Student Associate

Carmen is a first-year student from the San Francisco Bay Area. She’s currently undecided in her major but excited to continue exploring her interests in Spanish, Latin America and the environment as she attempts to figure out her future. She learned some about sustainable agriculture while living and working on an organic permaculture farm in Ecuador on her gap year and is looking forward to working on the Food team at the Office of Sustainability. She is also a member of Student Sustainability Board (SSB) and Women’s Club Lacrosse. In the rest of her free time, she enjoys taking salsa dancing lessons, traveling, reading and spending time in the great outdoors.
