Washington University in St. Louis is committed to increasing campus awareness of sustainable and healthy food options by empowering students, staff and faculty to make informed food decision both on and off-campus.

This comprehensive and interactive sustainable food guide aims to help members of the university community take full advantage of the available resources to reduce their own footprint, educate themselves on sustainability and public health issues relevant to our food systems, engage with their food community through volunteering and advocacy, and nourish themselves in the healthiest, most sustainable way possible.
