The Environmental Justice Initiative is honored to welcome Pandora Thomas for a special guest lecture on April 5 at 3:30p. All are invited to join us for an inspiring discussion on the linkage between ecological principals and social design. Free and open to the public.

Pandora Thomas is a passionate global citizen who works as a caregiver, teacher, writer, Afro-indigenous ecological designer, bridgebuilder and speaker who builds on the Sankofa-African American legacy of leadership around sustainability through social permaculture.

DIRECTIONS & PARKING

Location: Washington University, Danforth Campus, Rebstock 215.

Located east of Big Bend, west of Skinker, south of Forest Park Parkway, north of Forsyth. The entrance to Rebstock Hall is directly south of Olin Library and north of Edison Theater. See map below. Once on campus, look for signs!

MetroLink: University City/Big Bend Station (14 minutes walk to event location) or Skinker Station (13 minutes walk to event location).

Bus: Mallinckrodt Transit Station (Near Edison Theater). Green Line, #1 Gold, #2 Red

Parking: Danforth University Center (DUC) underground parking garage (3 minutes walk from garage to event location). Visitor parking is $2 for 0-2 hours; free after 5pm. Turn north on Wallace Drive from Forsyth. Follow signs from Forsyth Blvd.
