Saint Louis Univeristy

Join us for two days of learning about a low-carbon energy future from the perspective of thought leaders in the energy sector. This knowledge-sharing event brings together leaders from industry, academia, and government to open the dialogue about sustainability and our energy future.

Speakers and panelists will focus on the complex concept of sustainability in four key areas:

  • Achieving a sustainable balance in the utility industry
  • Opportunities for sustainability in the transportation sector
  • Energy innovations in urban development
  • Sustainable energy policy

The event will take place April 13-14 at Saint Louis University, with the conference reception on April 13 at Washington University’s Hillman Hall. The $50 registration fee covers lunches, breaks, the evening reception, and conference materials. Participants will also receive a certificate awarding professional development hours. Students may register for free using the code WAU3130. Students are required to bring a student ID to the event for verification.

The conference is being planned through a collaboration between Washington University, Saint Louis University, Missouri S&T, and Ameren. View the preliminary agenda and list of speakers online.
