Foraging Workshop & Edible Walk with Stan Braude

Join an edible walk around campus with Stan Braude, professor of the practice of biology who just received the Arts & Sciences Distinguished Teaching Award! Meet the group at the Burning Kumquat garden, located near the Alumni House on the South 40. The tour will end near Wilson building.

This workshop will provide knowledge to identify edible trees, bushes and greens around campus such as wood sorrel, dock, plantain, lambsquarters, poke, pecans, walnuts, sugar maple, pawpaw, service berry, hazelnut, redbud and persimmon!
